Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Full Refund:
– Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

2. Partial Refund:
– Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 50% refund.

3. No Refund:
– Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a refund.
– No-shows and cancellations after the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a refund.
